The Broker Price Opinion is
determined by an analysis of the historical sales data of
comparable homes in the neighborhood and a determination of
the short-term demand and supply for
listings in the local
market. Simply put, the sale of properties and listings
similar to the subject are analyzed and the sale prices adjusted to
account for their differences to determine the value.
All three
opinions are provided: As-Is, Repaired with the associated estimated cost,
& Quick Sale.
